Preliminary field analysis

We carry out inspections to collect data useful for the establishment of cultivation such as soil analysis, water supply, and identification of cultivable areas.

After performing these initial operations on the field, we proceed, in agreement with the interested party, to draw up a preliminary project and, upon its approval, we create a final project including staff training and organization of the agricultural sector.

Supervision and organization of planting

We provide a cultivation manual that includes guidelines for the correct preparation of the soil and the necessary operations for planting the plants; we guarantee operational support for delivery and conservation of the plants before planting.

Staff Training

We directly train the personnel who will take care of the plantation on the field; the training process is carried out by our technicians in the initial phase of the project implementation, with constant support during the growth phases of the Paulownia.

Constant monitoring of the plantation

To ensure the proper development of the plantation, we provide long-term assistance through remote operations and on-site visits by our specialized technicians when required, interacting with local managers.

Material Cutting and Pick-up Organization

With our partners, we provide consultancy for the felling and grounding of the plantation. We train staff on cutting methods based on processing into semi-finished products. We aim to be primary collaborators for the organization and supervision of work and provide advice for the implementation of the necessary facilities for the complete use of the wood obtained from the plantation.
